PHOTOS – Dr Who Tardis on Cardiff Castle

Amid a large frenzy over some sort of celebration for Dr Who reaching 50 years (seems like it’s been around MUCH longer!) – The Tardis has been travelling across Wales over the last week appearing in Swansea, Newport and Holyhead and now it’s landed in Cardiff!

The kids sci-fi programme has been on our screens for 50 years and is currently made in the capital city of Wales – Cardiff and this is where the Tardis was on show for the official launch of the 50th celebrations.

Sat proudly on the corner of Cardiff Castle whilst some shoppers passed by the Tardis – others stood and took photographs of this iconic structure. (The Tardis not the Castle! 😉

As the night draws in the police light on top is switched on and then the huge mass of internal lights from inside the massive interior beamed out across the Cardiff skies..
