YEARMIXES

After making mashups for many years the next step seemed to be to progress to longer mixes but not just your standard dj set. It was too easy knocking out 90 minute mixes of the latest tracks – long intros and long outros all with similar beats and nothing that too exciting going on. So I decided to set myself a brief and a challenge:- get as many tracks as I could in around an hour and make sure it’s all the best tracks from that year, all mixed up, one after another and even remixed and mashed up all in the mix.

Admittedly in hindsight I couldve spent a bit more time tweaking and adjusting the mixes but I was new to this and I did honestly get a bit bored after sat infront of the pc for many hours. Sometimes enough is enough! So here they all are my Dance Yearmixes beginning in 2003 and bringing you right upto date with this years aswell. Enjoy. Click any image to select that Yearmix.
