Helen Bur is no stranger to Cardiff as she got her Fine Art degree at the Cardiff School of Art but you may not have already seen some of her work around Cardiff.
Check out this link to see some photos of Helen’s previous work around The Cardiff Fashion Quarter:-

You definately cannot miss Helen’s latest piece as part of the Empty Walls festival which was held in Cathays and Roath.
The event invited 12 local and international artists to transform the streets of Cardiff to bring colour, culture and vibrancy to the city.
Set just off City Road, Helen has totally transformed a very beige, boring wall on Shakespeare Street and created a masterpiece in the process.
I managed to catch some early preparation work – outling the huge character first.
And here is the finished wall – totally full of colour and character. A man checking himself out in a mirror whilst clasping some ‘Facepalm’! Love it! (I wouldn’t be brave enough to wear those trousers!)
Such amazing detail throughout and in those trainers.
Really like the way the security camera is blended into the pattern on the trousers!
