GRAFITTI-New Spades characters popping up again

On my travels through the City Centre recently and imagine my surprise when I spotted a big bright pink thing on the window of Howell’s! Yep the cheeky little blob/whale character, by artist Spades, had made a return to Cardiff! This time aerosols weren’t used but instead a mixture of crayon and pens/ink?
