Cardiff City fans have marched the streets in their thousands to call for a restoration of the club’s blue identity before the Liverpool game this weekend.
An estimated 3,000 fans gathered near the Admiral Napier pub in the Canton part of the city and promptly made their way to the Cardiff City Stadium via Leckwith Road and Sloper Road – arriving at the main entrance of the Cardiff City Stadium around 2.20pm.
The thousands of supporters all wore blue and chanted pro-blue songs throughout the route. Including ‘we’ll always be blue’ – also the crowd sat defiantly on Leckwith Road and Sloper Road on two occasions chanting ‘sit down for our history.’
