Gracing a long wall in the depths of an old industrial estate on the edge of Cardiff’s city centre and providing a focal point for an otherwise rundown area sandwiched between garages and ageing warehouses – it’s the latest work by Peaceful Progress.
This fantastic piece by local artist Peaceful Progress demands your attention as you pass and is a striking addition to this Penarth Road wall.
On the right hand side of this huge piece is a masked woman with flowers in her hair (and some down the front of her dress!) Such fantastic detail in this part and a hugely intricate design behind her head too.
Peaceful Progress are a professional Graffiti Arts organisation based in Cardiff – specialising in creating exceptional aerosol art murals of any scale in almost any environment.
Slap bang in the middle of this piece was an a4 sized poster offering a £100 reward for the return of a missing cat in the local area!
Featured in the centre was the (now) traditional Peaceful Progress elaborate style of geometric shapes mixed with more curvey splines and colourful detailing.
On the far left of the piece is the title ‘The Last Dance’ and a woman dancing with the devil maybe? Such an intriging piece with amazing use of colour. I could stare at this one all day!
