Well on the day that Dave Jones was effectively sacked from Cardiff City and the same day that Swansea City beat Reading 4-2 at Wembley – Sky Sports just couldn’t get their heads around the fact that there is another team in Wales …ummm.. called Swansea (someone let their graphics department know about what their badge looks like ready for next season!)

Sky News also got a bit excited with their graphics and still seemed obsessed with getting Cardiff City on air! Imagine if that scenario and scoreline was actually true?
Next up was a classic cock-up by regional sports programme Sports Wales – which is broadcast on BBC2 Wales usually on a Friday night.
In this particular episode they were featuring the build up to the main Swansea v Reading clash at Wembley and captioned the Swansea City player Scott Sinclair as a Cardiff City player! After his performance at Wembley he should surely never get captioned wrongly again?

Staying with the BBC and their team sheet for the first leg of the Cardiff v Reading playoff game at the Cardiff City Stadium. This time spelling errors of Jay Bothroyd and Seyi Olofinjana and Craig Bellamy was the captain not Kevin Mcnaughton!
Big thanks to everyone on twitter who spotted these mistakes! Keep em coming!
