PHOTOS-Artisan Beer Festival July 2010

Saturday 3rd July was time for another locally-brewed beer-fest at 183a Kings Road in Pontcanna, Cardiff.

Set up a small lane in an area surrounding a few garages and workshops – with the beers being sold from the actual Artisan Brewing Company’s brewery.

The beers come under the BareNakedBeer brand and on this day featured a pale ale, helles lager, chocolate wheat beer and one other I cant remember the name of! (well they were all pretty strong!) But all very quoffable!

Throughout the really sunny day hundreds of people packed out the area and sampled the great beers, food and local bands that were playing. I think I even spotted a few celebs attending and sampling the delights!

The MeMeMes went down particularly well with a great reaction from the crowd for their track Iwan Standley. Which you can see at an earlier performance in someone’s house somewhere!
