Rock n Rave specialist Kissy Sell Out has made a few of his tracks and remixes available on his website. I’ll let Kissy tell you all about the tracks.
Kissy Sell Out – Garden Friends (16Bit Remix) DOWNLOAD
If I ever do end up with a constant ringing in my ears, I hope it’s the same kind of strangely enjoyable ringing that you get from listening to 16Bit tunes! I often find that when I’m talking to people about 16Bit, they say somethiing like “I’m not that into dubstep but I like 16Bit!” – and that may very well be exactly what you are saying after you hear this charismatically odd and heavy as hell remix of Garden Friends.
Hot Pink Delorean – Let’s Go DOWNLOAD
The story goes with this one that I have been bashing out “Let’s Go” in my DJ sets for over a year now – simple as that! When I heard it had never been released I lunged on it like a greyhound and upon hearing the forthcoming A Side single on San City High called “Court Jester”, I quickly began thinking that starting this record label may be the best journey I’ve ever embarked on! “Court Jester” will be released here on May 31st 🙂
The Squatters – On Fire DOWNLOAD
The Squatters have been bouncing around the dance music scene for a while now although they only appeared on my radar recently when I heard the unstoppable dutch/pon de floor style “On Fire” which you have before you now! After I scanned my record rack and realised that not only had they pumped out an awesome remix of Cold Blank’s “Doin’ It Right” but I had a another demo in my inbox labelled “Monster”, I added them to my “must obsess over tunes by..” list and started feverishly preparing “Monster” for it’s release on April 19th as the big San City High club anthem you’ve all been waiting for!
Lazy Flow – Tokyo Express DOWNLOAD
It gives me great pleasure to upload a brand new Lazy Flow track to the San City High roster! Lazy Flow is a French DJ I spotted over a year ago and profiled on my “Young Blood” Radio 1 feature immediately after I heard his awesome “Flamingo” and “Mambo Fever” tracks which were later released on his own label Young Gunz along with support from Radioclit. “Tokyo Express” sums up everything I love about Lazy Flow’s sound and attitude – very little repetition, tongue-in-cheek samples and a dancefloor friendly vibe that leaves you not only dancing like a nutter but sporting a huge smile on your face too! This is the B-Side to his forthcoming San City High release called “Winchester”.
