Taking a trawl through the photos I have taken during the last 12 months. Predominently taken around Cardiff and the wider South Wales area with some a bit further afield in Manchester, Swansea and the USA! Taking in sporting events, parades, grafitti, airshows and just about anything I saw whilst wandering about! Starting in January and taking in each month right upto December 2011.

The rain had just cleared and the sun popped it’s head out before it began to set on this changeable day in Cardiff just before Christmas. It was time to swiftly pass St. Teilo’s Well and make our way to the City of Llandaf Cathedral. Looking all wet and glistening, reflecting the last remnants of the day’s sunshine!

Passing by the Riverside Farmer’s Market via Tudor Road and I was pleasantly surprised to see some new street art adorning the grey and dull walls of Tudor Road, Cardiff.

Whilst walking along the City’s Cathedral Road at night and something was just catching my interest out of the corner of my eye! I wasn’t entirely sure what it was but there was something big and pink!

Taking a trawl through an interesting year in dance music and this my very first attempt at a Yearmix! I must admit that I threw it together in three nights so it might total about 6 hours work! Hopefully I’ve improved since but I thought it was worth letting you all have a listen!

Well it’s that time of year again when we take a look back at some of the dance hits that were popular (and not so popular) in 2011 and mix them up into one handy chunk – more commonly known as a ‘Yearmix’

I can’t make my mind up whether 2011 has been a bit of a better year than the last few in the realms of dance music – but there still was an amazing selection of tracks to listen to and decide whether they deserved a place in the mix. In my opinion a yearmix couldn’t and shouldn’t just contain all the highest charting dance records which could’ve crossed over into the commerical market but then I didn’t want to make it that underground that noone knew of any of the records included. It’s a hard line to walk and I hope I’ve pulled it off by featuring all the big hits you would expect to be featured from 2011 and then also some other tracks that may not have been as popular outside the UK – but still popular in the clubs.
